Dear Mr. Gessele:
The Church of St. John the Evangelist, hereby is applying for a Disabled Transfer Zone.
We would like the zone to be located at the Southeast corner of our building at 6 Interlachen
Road.
. It is our understanding that the City of Hopkins will install and maintain the signs every three
years, and that St. lohn's will pay an annual $25 fee for this service. We have enclosed our
check for $25 for the first year permit fee.
Please, also advise the crew that will be installing the signs, to first contact our office before
the installation for the location of our irrigation system, which is adjacent to that area.
Your help in this matter is very appreciated.
Sincerely,
?~~
