Engineer's Estimate $17,815.00 $19,521.00 $37,336.00
. Project costs and future special assessments
using the low bid of Lindahl and Carlson as the basis for
calculating special assessments to be levied, we can safely
assume assessments will mirror those amounts set down in the
feasibility report: $24.12/FF Alley A, Project 94-06;
$19.85/FF Alley B, Project 94-08.
. Staff recommendation
six bids were received and tabulated. The low bidder was
Lindahl and Carlson, Inc. The city Engineer has reviewed all
bids and the qualifications of Lindahl and Carlson. The
contractor meets all criteria and the engineer recommends
award of bid to this firm.
