A. CONSIDER ACTION - ESTABLISH "NO PARKING" RESTRICTIONS - EAST SIDE OF
BLAKE ROAD FROM COUNTY ROAD 3 SOUTH TO THE CITY LIMITS (CR94-144)
Recommendation: Move to adopt Resolution No. 94-72 establishing "No Parking" restrictions
on the east side of Blake Road from County Road 3 South to the City limits.

B. CONSIDER ACTION - FIRST READING OF AMENDMENT TO NUISANCE ABATEMENT
CODE (CR94-143)
. Recommendation: Move to approve first reading of ordinance 94-741 adding the definition of
"graffiti" to the City's Nuisance Abatement Code.

C. CONSIDER ACTION - PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (CR94-146)
Recommendation: Move to authorize the Mayor and City Manager to enter into a contract with
