WHEN OUR LEASE WAS UP, WE DECIDED TO REMAIN A PART OF THE HOPKINS BUSINESS COMMUNITY AND PURCHASED A PROPERTY AT 17 SOUTH TENTH AVENUE. THE INTERIOR WAS BROUGHT INTO THE NEXT CENTURY WITH ENERGY EFFICIENT LIGHTING AND INNOVATIVE AND SOPHISTICATED BUSINESS INTERIOR, KEEPING WITH THE LATEST TRENDS IN OFFICE DESIGN. WE KNOW WE HAVE HAD A SIGNIFICANT, POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE IMAGE OF . THE CITY OF HOPKINS. In the years that I have lived in Hopkins, they have always had lovely grounds but this year everything looks outstanding! Their grass is perfectly groomed and their flowers are just beautiful. Their buildings, grounds, and parking lot are flawlessly manicured. Zion Church is certainly an assett to our community. Living at Ramsgate, we drive by on our way to downtown Hopkins frequently. We also bike ride to Burnes Park. In doing so we always slow down a little to admire their flowers. I am sure that many other Hopkins residents enjoy the same pleasure. Home owners in the neighborhood surrounding the church are very lucky to have such a view. For these reasons I would like to see Zion Church receive the Image Award for adding beauty to our Hopkins community.
