Proposed Action

~'City Manager's salary was last adjusted in January of
. .,'# 1992. At that time, the manager was awarded a 3% increase
in keeping with the cost of living increase given to .all
city employees.
In July of 1991, the City Manager was given a $1,700
increase due to the comparison of the manager's salaries to
other cities and in consideration of job performance and
internal salary structure.

employees (2.5%) plus a 5% adjustment in recognition of his
longevity, comparison to comparable cities and meritorious
