RECOMMENDED ACTION
MOTION TO Approve the Extension of On-Sale Liquor License for LTD Brewing LLC
DBA LTD Brewing Co. (LTD) for their Oktoberfest Event scheduled for September 20,
2024.
OVERVIEW
LTD has submitted a request to extend their on-sale liquor license for their
Oktoberfest event. The event and liquor sales will be located within their parking lot
and extended into 8th Avenue. The liquor service will be 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Staff has
reviewed the request to ensure that all requirements and issues concerning liquor
compliance and public safety have been met.
