SUBJECT: Second reading for Ordinance 93-728
Attached is the Ordinance that will rezone the vacant lot
behind the mini storage site located at 1144 7th Avenue
South. The northerly half of the lot will be rezoned to I-1
and the southerly half to R-2. This is the second reading
for this Ordinance. The citv Council's action is to approve
Ordinance 93-728 for second readinq and order it published.

ORDINANCE NO. 93-728
ORQINANCE AMENDING THAT PART OF HOPKINS ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
569 PERTAINING TO AND CHANGING THE ZONING MAP
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
That the present zoning classification of B-3 upon the
following described premises is hereby repealed and in lieu
thereof the said premises are, hereby zoned as I-I and R-2:
Lot 1, Block 1 Westbrooke Hill from B-3, General Business to
I-I, Industrial.
Lot 2, Block 2 Westbrooke Hill from B-3, General Business to
R-2, Low Density Multiple Family.
That the presently existing Hopkins zoning Map adopted as
part of the Hopkins Zoning Ordinance No. 515-570 is hereby
amended and changed in accordance with the above provisions.
First Reading: July 6, 1993
Second Reading: july 20, 1993
Date of Publication: July 28, 1993
Date Ordinance Takes Effect: August 17, 1993
