SUBJECT: Second reading for vacation of alley
This is the second reading for the vacation of the alley
which will be used for the Handicapped Housing Project on
the corner of 5th Avenue and County Road 3. The second
reading has been delayed because of some utilities that will
have to be relocated. The details of the relocated
utilities have been completed.
The City Council's action is to approve Ordinance 92-716 for
second reading and order it published.

ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY LYING NORTH OF 2ND
STREET SOUTH
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
That the following described thoroughfare in the
following designated area of the city of Hopkins:
That part of the alley lying southerly of and adjacent to,
and between the southerly extensions of the east and west
lines of lot 9, Block 1, WEST MINNEAPOLIS, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public thoroughfare.
