RECOMMENDED ACTION
MOTION TO approve for first reading Ordinance 2024-1215 Amending Fees in
Appendix A of the Hopkins City Code
OVERVIEW
Planning and Zoning fees require a public hearing and are adopted by Ordinance.
Recommended fees are intended to reflect staff time, equipment, technology costs,
supplies and space allocation. The list of fees includes updates to existing fees and the
inclusion of new fees.

AMENDING FEES IN APPENDIX A OF THE HOPKINS CITY CODE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. Appendix A of the Hopkins City Code has been reviewed to establish logical and
defensible fees.
2. Certain fees and rates are in need of adjustment and are amended as set forth in
Exhibit A.
