RESOLUTION FOR STATE AID REIMBURSEMENT
Council Report No. 97 -170
Staff recommends the following motion: Move that Council adopt
Resolution 97 -92, Resolution Concerning Past Award of Contract,
State Aid Project 132 - 346 -13.
Nine Mile Creek improvements at llth Avenue South, 7th Street
South, and the Thermotech site were undertaken in 1994. Project
costs are currently being funded on an installment basis by Nine
Mile Creek Watershed District. Another source of funding was to
be State Aid. This avenue of revenues was overlooked and staff
has had a report on final estimate prepared by RCM Associates to
collect the eligible funds. The original award of bid needs to
be revised by addendum in order for the City to collect the
funds.

$205,670.50 in State Aid funding.
