RECOMMENDED ACTION
MOTION TO Approve the Issuance of a Temporary On -Sale Liquor License to Team
Tucker Family Foundation for their Team Tucker All Start Party event scheduled for
September 20, 2025.
OVERVIEW
Team Tucker Family Foundation has submitted an application for a temporary on -sale
liquor license for their Team Tucker All Star Party event at Maetzold Field. The liquor
service will be 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Temporary on-sale liquor licenses must be approved
by the State of Minnesota, Alcohol & Gambling Enforcement Division.
The applicant meets the requirements set for by State Statute to obtain a temporary
liquor license. Staff has reviewed the request to ensure that all requirements and issues
concerning liquor compliance and public safety have been met.
