OVERVIEW Team Tucker Family Foundation has submitted an application for a temporary on -sale liquor license for their Team Tucker All Star Party event at Maetzold Field. The liquor service will be 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Temporary on-sale liquor licenses must be approved by the State of Minnesota, Alcohol & Gambling Enforcement Division. The applicant meets the requirements set for by State Statute to obtain a temporary liquor license. Staff has reviewed the request to ensure that all requirements and issues concerning liquor compliance and public safety have been met.
