Steinman, Community Development Specialist SUBJECT: Arts Facility Work Plan Purpose of Discussion At the last HRA meeting, a recommendation was approved that detailed a variety of issues to be addressed and undertaken. Such recommendation makes up the basis for the attached work plan The purpose of this discussion on January 9 will be to review the attached work plan with the Council concerning upcoming work activities related to the arts facility. Staff will be discussing with the Council the courses of action which will be taken over the next several weeks with regard to this project.
