CONSIDER ACTION - AUTHORIZATION FOR FUTURE ACTION, DOME PROPERTY

Recommendation: Authorize staff to solicit bids and enter into a contract for demolition of
the dome roof.

#5 -C, until February 20, 1996.

vacating portion of drainage and utility easements at 411 -421 Second Street South
and 29-49 Fifth Avenue South.
