Memo Reorganization Of StaffCITY OF HOPKINS MEMORANDUM DATE: April 5, 1996 TO: Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council FROM: Steven C. Mielke, City Manager SUBJECT: Reorganization of Staff At the April 9 work session, staff wishes to discuss with the Council a proposed reorganization plan. The reorganization would affect the departments of Community Development and Assistant Manager /Clerk. The reorganization would also include a discussion about the hiring of a new, non - supervisory position, in lieu of hiring a Community Development director. Due to time constraints, this reorganization plan is not complete as of the mailing of this agenda packet. However, the City Manager will bring materials to the meeting for Council discussion and consideration.
