CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota ORDINANCE NO. 91 -682 ORDINANCE PERMITTING CHURCHES AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE I--2 DISTRICT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: That the Hopkins Zoning Ordinance 515 -570 be and the same is hereby amended by adding the following provisions: 540.03. Conditional uses: I districts. Religious uses are permitted within the I -2 district with the following conditions: 1. That the required parking is either on -site or in a designated leased or owned off -site parking area. No on street parking is allowed. 2. No off premises signage is allowed. 30 If traffic becomes a problem, the religious organization will provide traffic control. 4. There shall be no overnight lodging allowed on site.
