GAMBLING LICENSE APPLICATION BY
THE HOPRINS RASPBERRY ASSOCIATION
Proposed Action.
Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move that the
Hopkins City Council adopt Resolution #91 -131 approving the gambling
license application of the Hopkins Raspberry Association.
Adoption of this motion will allow the application to be considered by
the Minnesota Department of Gaming.
Overview.
The Hopkins Raspberry Association has requested gambling licenses for
1992. These are renewals of the licenses the Hopkins Raspberry
Association currently holds. Gambling will be conducted at the
Hopkins House, Archies Bar. and Lounge, and the Hopkins Bowl.

1) Approve Resolution #91 -131. This will result in the

RESOLUTION NO. 91-131
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Raspberry Association has been an integral part of the
Hopkins Community, and
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Raspberry Association has applied for gambling licenses
to conduct lawful gambling in 1992, and
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Raspberry Association has conducted gambling activities
in accordance with state law and Hopkins city. policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Hopkins hereby approves the Hopkins Raspberry Association gambling
application for the following locations:
Hopkins Bowl
Hopkins House
Archies Bar and Lounge
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 5th day of November, 1991.
