CR 91-274 Liquor License RenewalsProposed Action: Overview: December 11, 1991 Report No. 91 -274 1992 LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move that the Hopkins City Council approve the annual renewal of liquor licenses. Hopkins licenses regulate business on a calendar year basis. The routine renewals are consider during the month of December. The applicants have the proper insurance. Attached is a listing of the licenses. The Police Department have reviewed the applications and can find no reason to deny. Primary Issues to Consider: o Routine License Renewal o Approval in time for business to operate as 1 -1 -92. Supporting Information: o List of Liquor License Applicants o The complete applications and police reports available from the City Clerk. The renewal list gives additional information for the type of licenses they are requesting.
