RECOMMENDED ACTION
MOTION TO Approve the Metro Green Line Extension Light Rail Transit Project
Operations and Maintenance Agreement between the City of Hopkins, Hennepin
County and Metropolitan Council.
OVERVIEW
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the operational and maintenance
responsibilities of each Party with respect to the LRT System subject to the agreements
identified in Section 2.5. Exhibit A-1 and Exhibit A-2 depict the geographic limits to
which this Agreement pertains and details the maintenance obligations associated with
infrastructure constructed as part of the METRO Green Line Extension project.
