Subdivision 1 through 6, Minnesota Statutes, the Commissioner of Transportation be appointed as agent of the City of Hopkins to let as its agent, contracts for the construction of local roads and bridge, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute and enter into a ! ontract with the Comnissioner of Transportation prescribing the tens and conditions of such contracts in the form as set forth and contained in "Minnesota Department of Transportation Agency Agrsenent" a copy of which aid agreement was before the City Council, assuming on behalf of the City all of the obligations therin contained.
