Proposed Action.
staff can find no reason for Council to deny the fallowing
motion: Move that the Hopkins City Council approve the

Overview.
Howard w. Handy has made application for a liquor license
for Dingo's Pub. The Police Department has investigated and
can find no reason to deny.

motion: Move that the Hopkins City Council approve the 1989

establishments.
Overview.
The liquor establishments that have applied fer renewal of
licenses for 1989 have been investigated by the police
department. The pOlice find no reason to deny.

Staff recornrnends adoption of the following motfon: Authorize the
feasibIlity study or an ice arena/picnic pavilion at Central Park For
a cost not to exceed $25~OOO.OO~

Ove. the last year the Council and Park Board have considered possfble
recreation projects.
The Park Board recommended and the Coune f 1 approved the upgrade of'
existing par'ks. an ice arena/picnic pavfTion at Central Park and the
continued discussions on acquisition of Maetzold Field.
The Jaycees and Raspberry Committee have indicated they would be
will ing to donate significant funds to an ice arena/p;cnic pavflton.
