Dear Terry,

The Hopkins Elks #2221 is once again applying for a temporary liquor license for our
two big events this summer. The first one is July 17 — July 19,2009. This is our
Raspberry days event where we sell food & liquor and hold bingo for 2 % days. We have
a huge tent covering the food & bingo area on the North & West side of our building.
Then the second event is our Rib Contest which is held August 15 2009. The tent is
located on the West side of the building for shelter over the food sales.
