Overview

They will have a tent in the parking lot for the event. In the past, they have used their

license area. However, they would like to take out the temporary license and dispense
with the member /guest sign in book that they are required to use under their regular
club license.

HOPKINS LODGE NO. 2221
BENEVOLENT AND PROTECTIVE ORDER OF ELKS
April, 13' 2009
Dear Terry,

The Hopkins Elks 42221 is once again applying for a temporary liquor license for our
two big events this summer. The first one is July 17 — July 19,2009. This is our
Raspberry days event where we sell food & liquor and hold bingo for 2 %Z days. We have
a huge tent covering the food & bingo area on the North & West side of our building.
Then the second event is our Rib Contest which is held August 15 , 2009. The tent is
located on the West side of the building for shelter over the food sales.
