RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT -
PROJECTS 97-08 AND 97-11
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on Apri122, 1998,
Northdale Construction Company, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of storm
sewer systems, commonly known as City Projects 97-08 and 97-11, in accordance with such
contract.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the contractor's
receipt in full.
3. The specified warranty period on contract work shall commence upon the adoption of
this resolution.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 16th day of November,
1999.
