RESOLUTION NO: 98-51
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND
APPROVING A WAIVER OF PLAT AT 246 14th AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application for a Waiver of Plat WVR98-2 has been made by Thomas
Daughenbaugh, and
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
1. That an application for Waiver of Plat WVR98-2 was made by Thomas
Daughenbaugh on June 19 1998;
2. That the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed
notice, held a meeting on the application and reviewed such application on
July 28, 1998: all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard;
3. That the written comments and analysis of the City staff were considered;
and
4. A legal description of the parcels is as follows:
Parcel A
All of Lot 1 and that part of Lot 2, Block 93, WEST MINNEAPOLIS
SECOND DIVISION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies North of
the South 14 feet thereof.
Parcel B
All of Lot 3 and the South 14 feet of Lot 2, Block 93, WEST
MINNEAPOLIS SECOND DIVISION, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that application for Vacation WVR98-2 is
hereby approved, based on the following Findings of Fact:
1. That the new lots met th~rfi~ium lot size for the R-1-A zoning district.
