ORDINANCE NO. 95-760
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE AREA BETWEEN
17TH AND 20TH AVENUES SOUTH
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as follows.
That the present zoning classification of R-2, Medium Density Multiple Family, upon the
following described premises is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof the said premises is hereby
zoned as R-I-B, Single Family High Density.
