RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND
APPROVING A WAIVER OF PLAT FOR 1023 MAINSTREET
WHEREAS, an application for a waiver of plat WVR94-3, has been made by Don Perkl & Jean
Mason to allow a waiver of plat at 1023 Mamstreet, and
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the applicatIon is as follows
1 That an applicatIon for a vanance, WVR94-3, was filed with the City of Hopkins on
August 30, 1994
2 That the Hopkins Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a
meeting on the application and reviewed such application on October 25, 1994 all
persons present were given an opporturuty to be heard
3 That the wntten comments and analysIs of the City staff and the Planning Commission
were considered
4 A legal description of the parcels is as follows
Northerly Parcel
That part of Lots 13,14, and 15, Block 69, West Mmneapolis Second DiVISIon, accordmg
to the recorded plat thereof, wmch hes northerly of the southerly 62 00 feet of saId Block
69
Southerly Parcel
The southerly 62 00 feet of Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 69, West Minneapolis Second
Division, according to the recorded plat thereof
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the apphcation for waIver of plat WVR94-3 is
approved based on the followmg Findings of Fact
1 That the proposed lots meet the reqUirements for the B-2 zoning district
2 That the proposed waiver of plat meets the requirements for a waiver of plat
