RESOLUTION NO 94-102 RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO REMODEL OAK RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB WHEREAS, an application for a conditional use pennit CUP94-6 made by Oak Ridge Country Club to construct a new canopy at 700 Oak Ridge Road IS approved WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application IS as follows 1.
