RESOLUTION NO 94-102
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
TO REMODEL OAK RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB
WHEREAS, an application for a conditional use pennit CUP94-6 made by Oak Ridge Country
Club to construct a new canopy at 700 Oak Ridge Road IS approved
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application IS as follows
1. That an application for a conditional use pennit CUP94-6 was filed with the City of
HopkIns on October 4, 1994
2 That the Hopkins Planmng Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a
public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on October 25, 1994 all
persons present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard
3 That the written comments and analysis of the City staff and the Planning CommissIon
were considered
4 A legal descnption of the subject property is as follows

Par 2 The South 20 feet of the West 380 feet of the East 660 feet of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 117, Range 22
Par 3 That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13,
Township 117 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows
Beginning at the Southwest comer of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
said Section 13, thence north along the West line of said tract 30 feet, thence east parallel
with the South line said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a dIstance of 283 05
feet, thence southeasterly in a straight lIne to a point in the South line of the Southeast

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for conditional use pennit
CUP94-6 is hereby approved based on the following Fmdmgs of Fact
1 That the applicant meets the requirement for a conditional use pennit
2 That the applicant meets the requirements for a golf course
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application for CUP94-6 IS hereby approved based on the
following condition
1 That when the parking lot is reconstructed the applicant will be required to curb and
gutter the south and east sides of the lot and provide and a storm runoff mitIgating
system at southeast comer of parking lot in accordance with a plan acceptable to City staff
