RESOLUTION NO. 93-99
WHEREAS, the Raspberry Festival has been an integral part of the Hopkins Community, and
WHEREAS, the Raspberry Festival has applied for a gambling license to conduct lawful gambling in 1993,
and
WHEREAS, the Raspberry Festival has conducted gambling .activities in accordance with state law and
Hopkins city policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hopkins hereby approves the
~SPberry Festival Premises Permit Renewal application for the Archies Liquors, 1022 Mainstreet.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 5th day of October, 1993.
