RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR A WAIVER OF PLAT
WHEREAS, an application for a waiver of plat entitled WVR 92-2 made by
Daniel Steinhagen is approved.
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
1. That an application for a waiver of plat WVR 92-2 was
filed with the City of Hopkins on May 27, 1992.
2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission reviewed such
application on June 30, 1992.
3. That the Hopkins Planning Commission, pursuant to
mailed notice, held a hearing on June 30, 1992: all
persons present at the hearing were given an
opportunity to be heard.
4. That the written comments and analysis of the City
Staff and the Planning Commission were considered.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that application for WVR 92-2 is hereby
approved based on the following Findings of Fact:
1. That the proposed lots meet the minimum requirements for a
lot in the R-1-A zoning district.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application for WVR 92-2 is hereby
approved based on the following Conditions:
1. That the Hennepin County Recorder accepts the waiver of
plat.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the city Council of the City
of Hopkins that said premises as below described are divided as
hereinabove set forth without further platting or other formal
subdivision requirements.
PARCEL A
Lot 14 and that part of Lot 15, Block 5, "Gibbs First Addition to West
Minneapolis Hennepin County Minnesota", according to the recorded plat
thereof, which lies southerly of a line drawn from a point on the west
line of said Lot 15 distant 25.00 feet northerly from the southwest

corner of said Lot 15 to a point on the least line of said Lot 15
distant 25.00 feet northerly from the southeast corner of said Lot 15.
PARCEL B
Lot 16 and that part of Lot 15, Block 5, "Gibbs First Addition to West
Minneapolis Hennepin County Minnesota", according to the recorded plat
thereof, which lies northerly of a line drawn from a point on the west
line of said Lot is distant 25.00 feet northerly from the southwest
corner of said Lot 15 to a point on the east line of said Lot 15
distant 25.00 feet northerly from the southeast corner of said Lot 15.
