RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS
EXPRESSING GRATITUDE AND BEST WISHES TO JOYCE PICHA
UPON HER RETIREMENT FROM EMPLOYMENT WITH THE
CITY OF HOPKINS
WHEREAS, Joyce Picha has been employed for 28 years by the City of Hopkins,
from March 20,1963 to June 28,1991, and,
WHEREAS, during this 28-year period the City of Hopkins was well served by
Joyce Picha's hard work and dedication,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VED~ that the City Council of the City of
Hopkins expresses its deepest thanks and gratitude to Joyce Picha for.
her 28 years of outstanding service to the City of Hopkins and its
residents.
