A RESOLUTION WAIVING PLATTING REQUIREMENTS FOR
DIVISION OF LOTS 12, 13, 14 & 15, BLOCK 12,
F.A. SAVAGES INTERLACHEN PARK
WHEREAS, Lloyd Swanson has applied to the City Council of
Hopkins for approval of a division of P.I.D. # 20-117-21 33 91,
Lots 12, 13, 14 & 15, Block 12, F. A. Savages Interlachen Park,
County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, into two parcels as
follows:
PARCEL A
Lots 12, 13, 14 and that part of Lot 15, Block 12, F.
A. Savages Interlachen Park lying North of a line run
from a point on the West line of said Lot 15 a distance
of 16.26 feet South of the Northwesterly corner thereof
to a point on the East line of said Lot 15 a distance
of 44.96 feet South of the Northeasterly corner
thereof.
PARCEL B
That part of Lot 15, Block 12, F. A. Savages
Interlachen Park lying South of a line run from a point
on the West line of said Lot 15 a distance of 16.26
feet South of the Northwesterly corner thereof to a
point on the East line of said Lot 15 a distance of
44.96 feet South of the Northeasterly corner thereof
and that part of vacated Interurban Avenue adjacent to
said Lot 15, and also that part of the abandoned
railroad in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
section 29, Township 117, Range 21 lying East of the
West line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
and West of the East line of said Lot 15 extended
South.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby Resolved by the City council of
the City of Hopkins that said premises as above described may be
divided as hereinabove set forth without further platting or
other formal subdivision requirements.

Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Tuesday,
March 6, 1990, commencing at 7:30 p.m.

The Mayor announced that the next order of business was consideration of the
bids which had been received for the purchase of the City's $2,875,000 Taxable
General Obligation Redevelopment Bonds, Series 1990, as advertised for sale. The
City Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of the notice of sale in the City's
official newspaper and in Northwestern Financial Review, a financial paper published
in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which affidavits were examined and found satisfactory and
ordered placed on file.
The City Clerk presented a tabulation of the bids which had been received in the
manner specified in the Official Terms of Offering of the Bonds. The bids were as
