RESOLUTION NO. 90-121
WHEREAS, John Ireland Schools has been an integral part of the Hopkins
Community, and
WHEREAS, John Ireland Schools has applied for a gambling license to conduct a raffle
on January 30, 1991, and
WHEREAS, the John Ireland Schools have conducted their gambling activities in
accordance with state law and Hopkins city policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hopkins
hereby approves the John Ireland Schools gambling application.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 6th day of November, 1990.
