A RESOLUTION WAIVING PLATTING REQUIREMENTS
FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
WHEREAS" Robert Gardner has applied to the City
Council of Hopkins for approval of a division of P.I.D. I
23-117-22 13 0002 lying within the SW1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 23, T117, R22, County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, into two parcels as follows:
PARCEL A
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 117,
Range 22, described as follows: Starting at a
point where the East line of the Southwest Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township
117, Range 22, intersects with the South line of
State Highway No.7; thence Southerly along ~he
East line of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 23, T117, R22, a
distance of 391.12 feet; thence Westerly at right
angles to the said East line of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23,
T117, R22, for a distance of 168 feet; thence
Northerly and parallel to the said East line of
Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section
23, T117, Range 22, to the South line of State
Highway No.7; thence Northeasterly along the
South line of the said Highway to the point of
beginning, which lies Southerly ofa line 105 feet
North of, measured at right angles to, and
parallel with the South line of the above
described parcel of land.
PARCEL B
The Northerly 72 feet, front and rear, of that
part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 23, T117, R22, described as
follows: Starting at a point where the East line
of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 23, T117, R22 intersects with the South
line of State Highway No.7; thence Southerly

along the East line of the Southwest Qua~ter of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, T117, R22, a
distance of 391.12 feet; thence Westerly at right
angles to the said East line of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23,
T117, R22 for a distance of 168 feet; thence
Northerly and parallel to the said East line of
Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section
23, T117, R22, to the South line of State Highway
No.7; thence Northeasterly along the South line
of the said Highway to the point of beginning
which lies Southerly of a line 177 feet North of,
measured at right angles to, and parallel with the
South line of the above described parcel of land.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City
Council of the City of Hopkins that said premises as above
described may be divided as hereinabove set forth without
further platting or other formal subdivision requirements.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the 'Ci ty
of Hopkins, Minnesota at a regular meeting held the 4th day
of August, 1981.
