03-17-1986 Inprovement Hearing (Officlal Publication) ,/ CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Hopkins will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock p.m., Tuesday, April 15, 1986, to consider the making of an improvement on 4th Street North between 19th Avenue North and 21st Avenue North by concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and asphalt surface, and to consider the market value before and after said improvement, of the property affected thereby. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is Lots 15-29, Block 2, Lots 1-30, Block 3, Lots 1-30, Block 4, all in West Minneapolis Third Division; Parcels 23-117-22-13-0001, 23-117-22-13-0002, 23-117-22-13-0003, 23-117-22-13-0004, which parcels are the easterly 168 feet of the Southwest Quarter (SW~) of the Northeast Quarter (NE~) lying south of State Highway #7 and north of West Park Addition. The estimated cost of such improvement is $20,670 for street construction and asphalt surface, $4,656 for concrete curb and gutter, and $3,250 for storm sewer.
