AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT PART OF THE HOPKINS ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 427 PERTAINING TO THE WEST 233 FEET OF
THE SOUTH 433 FEET OF THAT PART OF THE NE~OF THE SE~
OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 117," RANGE 22, lYING NORTH OF
THE CENTERLINE OF EXCELSIOR AVENUE AND LOTS 9, 10 AND
11, .BLOCK 5, PARKRIDGE
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Hopkins as follows:
Section 1. Change of Zoning Ordinance: That the present R-I-C zoning
pertaining to that part of the West 233 feet of the South 433 feet of that part
oftheNE~ of the SE~ of Section 24, Township 117, Range 22, lying North of the
centerl ine of Excelsior Avenue and lots 9, 10 and 11, Block 5, Parkridge, lying
north of a line parallel to and 300 feet north of the northerly line of Excelsior
Avenue is hereby repealed and said premises are hereby changed and rezoned as an
addition to the IBI Business District as a B-3 use district as defined under
Section 427.28 of said zoning ordinance.
Section 2. Change of Zoning Map: The Hopkins zoning map is hereby
changed as above set forth.
First read at a regular City Council meeting of the City of Hopkins,
held on May 22, 1985, and finally read, approved, adopted and ordered published
at a regular meeting of said Council on June 4, 1985.
