Mr. Shlrley arrlved at 7:45. Also present were Clty Manager, Cralg;

mlke , the lecturn etc. to see what the cost would be.

Rent Abatement
Mrs. LaVln moved and Mr. Shlrley seconded the motlon
that an apology letter be sent to the renters of the
Owens property and a rent abatement be flgured for the
number of days buslness was lnterupted because of the
removal and replacement of the celllng.

The Clty manager announced that a meetlng wlll be held
between the School Board and the Hopklns Clty Councll
at the Communlty Center In the Soclal room at 6:30 p.m.
on the 24th of July.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Anderson moved and Mr. Shlrley seconded the motlon
to adJourn the meetlng at 11:15 p.m. The motlon
