Minutes A regular meetlng of the Clty Councll Mlnnesota was held on Tuesday, July 17, of the Clty Hall at 7:30 p.m. of the Clty of Hopklns, 1984 In the Councll Chambers Present were Mayor Miller, Councllmembers Mllbert, Lavln and Anderson. Mr. Shlrley arrlved at 7:45. Also present were Clty Manager, Cralg; Clty Clerk, Renne; Clty Englneer, StroJan, Asslstant Clty Englneer, Anderson; Publlc Works Operatlons Dlrector, Beecher and Clty Attorney Jerre Mlller. MINUTES: Mr. Mllbert moved and Mayor Mlller seconded motlon to approve the mlnutes of the July meetlng. No formal actlon was taken.
