MINUTES: Mr. Mllbert moved and Mr. Anderson seconded the motlon to approve the mlnutes of the August 21, 1984 meetlng. LICENSES: Mlscellaneous llcense renewals # 366 through #369. ACTION: Mrs. Lavln moved and Mr. Mllbert seconded the motlon to approve the above numbered llcense renewals (see llSt). HEARING: Hearlng regardlng removal of dlseased trees at three locatlons ln the Clty. ACTION: Mr. Anderson moved and Mr. Shlrley seconded the motlon to adopt Resolutlon No. 84-3158 orderlng removal of the trees by the Clty and charglng the costs to the property owners.
