liniated into three classes. Class A allows Bingo, Raffles, Paddlewheels,
Tipboards and Pull-Tabs. Class B allows everythlng in Class A excludlng
Bingo. Class C is Bingo only.

I have enclosed an article from the April 1985 League magazine on
gambling and an informatlon item from the Charitable Gambling Control Board.
(Note that the effective date of State control referred to as March 1, 1985
has been postponed to June 1, 1985). The 90 day continuance of new gambling
license applications (i.e. M.S. Society at Llndees and Westwood and Variety
Club Heart Hospital at Oak Ridge Country Club) will expire May 20, 1985, If
no action is taken by the Council they would be able to go into operatlon on
June 1.
