Mr. Anderson moved and Mr. Mllbert seconded the motlon to approve
expendltures dated May 22, 1985, Prellst #714 In the amount of
$311,534.63. A poll of the vote was as follows: Mr. Anderson,
Aye; Mr. Shlrley, Aye; Mr. Mllbert, Aye; Mrs. Lavln, Aye; Mayor
Mlller, Aye. The motlon carrled unanimously.
Mr. Mllbert moved and Mrs. Lavln seconded the motlon to award the
contract for the Flre Hall Sprlnkler System to the low bldder,
PMC Automatlc Sprlnkler Company, as recommended by the Publlc
Works Operatlons Dlrector. A poll of the vote was as follows:

Dee and Bruce Lumley appeared before the Councll to request
permlsslon to hold the 51st Raspberry Festlval for 1985 from July
11 through the 21st. Mr. Shlrley moved and Mr. Anderson seconded
the motlon to approve the request. A poll of the vote was as
follows: Mr. Anderson, Aye; Mr. Shlrley, Aye; Mr. Mllbert, Aye;
Mrs. Lavln, Aye; Mayor Mlller, Aye. The motlon carrled
unanlmously.
Mr. Duckert was unable to appear at thlS meetlng. Mr. Mllbert
moved and Mr. Anderson seconded the motlon that the lssue regard-
lng locatlon of the garbage receptacles be contlnued to the
meetlng of June 4 and that Mlke Koep be lnvlted to attend. A
