SAC CRED ITS
Thanks for the opportunity to review the credit determination
for SAC charges related to Eisenhower Community Center and
Harley Hopkins Community Center. According to calculations
completed by officials at the Metropolitan Waste Control
Commission the total credit for both buildings is 79 units.
I understand there can be no assurance that the City of Hopkins
will actually receive payments for an additional 79 units
between now and the end of the school district fiscal year,
June 30, 1983. Because of committments we wish to receive the
credit for this determination by June 30, 1983. In talking with
Don Bloom at the commission office he informed me that, if
necessary, the city could request the commission to reimburse
the city so payment might be made to the school district by
June 30th.
Please request reimbursement from the commission to allow payment
to the school district for the 79 SAC unit credit due to reuse
of the two facilities in the city of Hopkins.
