Applicant is requesting a variance to construct an oversize accessory building to a residential structure. 2. Applicant is proposing to construct an oversized accessory building to a resi- dential structure at 232 Jackson Avenue North, an R-2 District. Applicant is proposing to build a 381x241 (912 square feet) garage. Ordinance 427.08(3) states that accessory buildings to a residential structure shall not exceed an aggregate area of 528 square feet per dwelling unit. 3.
