RESOLUTION NO. 83-3079
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
as follows:
A Conditional Use Permit has been approved for construction of a two
building, 101 unit apartment complex contingent on "No Right Turn" "No Left
Turn" signage and alignment of the driveways for
Ginkel Construction Company
1045 & 1050 Hiawatha Avenue
The West 275 feet of Tracts A and B, Registered Land
Survey No. 561, Files of Registrar of Titles, County
of Hennepin. That part of the Easterly 600 feet of the
NW~ of the NE~ of Section 19, Township 117, Range 21 West,
lying North of the most Northerly line of the Registered
Land Survey No. 561, Files of Registrar of Titles, County
of Hennepin, West of Rubel & Goldman Addition, and South
of the following described line: Beginning at the most
Northerly corner of said Rubel & Goldman Addition, thence
West parallel with the most Northerly line of Registered
Land Survey No. 561, Files of Registrar of Titles, County
of Hennepin to a point on the West line of the said Easterly
600 feet of said Quarter-Quarter; together with an easement
for park and recreational purposes over the following described
property, to-wit: that part of the Easterly 600 feet of the
NW~ of the NE~ of Section 19, Township 117, Range 21 West,
lying Northerly of the following described line: Beginning
at the most Northerly corner of said Rubel & Goldman Addition,
thence West parallel with the most Northerly line of Registered
Land Survey No. 561, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of
Hennepin, to a point on the West line fo said Easterly 600 feet
of said Quarter-Quarter; and Southerly of Minnehaha Creek, this
easement to be appurtenant to the premises hereinabove described.
Conditional Use Permit shall expire one year from date issued except in cases
where requirement of Hopkins Ordinance 427.26(1), 427.33(1), or 427.39(1) are met.
