Mason and Margaret J. Reilly Security The loan will be secured by a second real estate mortgage on the building and improvements. An appraisal, acceptable to the bank, should provide valuation to coincide with a 75% loan to value ratio. In addition, an Assignment of Rents and Leases will be pledged as additional collateral.
