Ordinance 83-533WHEREAS, Pursuant to City of Hopkins Ordinance No 79 -467 and pursuant to MSA Chapter 18, and pursuant to Chapter 4, Rules and Regulations of the Department of Agriculture (AGR -101 -120), the forester of the City of Hopkins has found conditions indicating the presence of Dutch Elm or Oak Wilt infestation exist and have existed upon the following property. WHEREAS, notice of such findings has been given to the owner or record of the premises; and, treated, CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 83 -3109 A RESOLUTION ORDERING ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE BY REMOVING CERTAIN INFECTED ELM AND /OR OAK TREES IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE CITY OF HOPKINS 5 East St. Albans Road WHEREAS, no part of said infected tree has been removed or otherwise WHEREAS, a hearing was held on the 6th day of December, 1983, giving all property owners a chance to be heard. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, as follows: That the City will take action to remove said infected trees and assess the cost thereof to the owners of record.
