Minutes 8-17-09A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota was held on Tuesday,
August 17, 1982 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, at 7:30,p.m.
Present were Mayor Miller, Councilmembers, Lavin, Milbert and Shirley. Mrs. Arimond was
absent. Also present were City Manager Craig; City Clerk Renne; Assistant City Engineer
Anderson; Public Works Operations Director Beecher; Assistant Director of Community
Development Norris; and City Attorney Vesely.

The Council requested that before anything_is done regarding this
matter that it is brought back before the Council for further
