ORDINANCE NO. 82- 515
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT PART OF SECTION 400 OF
THE HOPKINS CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO THE
LICENSING OF VENDING AND OTHER AMUSEMENT DEVICES
IN LICENSET) PREMISES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as
That Section 400 of the Hopkins Code of Ordinances is hereby
amended by the addition thereto of the following Subsection 400:32.
Section 400:32 LICENSES TOR VENDING MACHINES AND OTHER
AMUSEMENT DEVICES IN LICENSED PREMISES:
The owner or lessee of any premises requiring a City license for
the operation thereof, shall also procure, be responsible for and be the only
eligible licensee of and for any and all vending machines, amusement devices
or games and all other activities located therein which require separate City
licenses therefor.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Hopkins held August 17 1982, and finally read, approved, adopted and ordered
published at a special meeting of said Council of said City on August 31, 1982.
