A RESOLUTION WAIVING PLATTING REQUIREMENTS
FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT BLAKE ROAD NORTH
AND EXCELSIOR AVENUE INTO TWO PARCELS
WHEREAS, Mark Z. Jones Associates, Inc. has applied to the City Council
of Hopkins for approval of a division of P.I.D. 19-117-21-41-0003 lying within
the S1 Section 13, T117,P21, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, into two
parcels as follows:
PARCEL A
Lot 75 and 76, Auditor's Subdivision Number 239, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
except the East 635.000 feet thereof, which lies northerly of the following described
line:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the above described property,
thence on an assumed bearing of North, along the east line of said
property, a distance of 353.01 feet to the beginning of the line to
be described; thence on a bearing of West a distance of 25.00 feet;
thence North 25 degrees 23 minutes and 20 seconds West a distance
of 13.00 feet; thence South 64 degrees 36 minutes and 40 seconds
West a distance of 227.39 feet; thence westerly a distance of 227.39
feet; thence westerly a distance of 90.79 feet along a tangential curve
concave of the north having a radius of 187.00 feet and a central
angle of 27 degrees 49 minutes and 07 seconds; thence North 87 degrees
34 minutes and 13 seconds West, tangent to said curve, a distance of
271.32 feet to the west line of said Lot 76, and said line there
terminating.
PARCEL B
Lot 75 and 76, Auditor's Subdivision Number 239, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
except the East 635.000 feet thereof, which lies southerly of the following
described line:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the above described property,
thence on an assumed bearing of North, along the east line of said
property, a distance of 353.01 feet to the beginning of the line to
be described; thence on a bearing of West a distance of 25.00 feet; thence
North 25 degrees 23 minutes and 20 seconds West a distance of 13.00
feet; thence South 64 degrees 36 minutes and 40 seconds West a distance
of 227.39 feet; thence westerly a distance of 90.79 feet along a
tangential curve concave of the north having a radius of 187.00 feet
and a central angle of 27 degrees 49 minutes and 07 seconds; thence

curve, a distance of 271.32 feet to the west line of said Lot 76, and
said line there terminating.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby Resolved by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins that said premises as above described may be divided as hereinabove set
forth without further platting or other formal subdivision requirements.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
at a regular meeting held the 2nd day of November 1982.
