This is to inform you that Napco is interested in
developing the 20 acres in our Industrial Park
just west of the Hopkins sanitary landfill and
just south of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and
Pacific Railroad. (A drawing of the area is
enclosed.) By this letter we want to encourage
approval of the construction of an access road off
of Seventh Street South through the area that is
now the sanitary landfill. Please keep our
intentions in mind as you meet to decide the
disposition of the sanitary landfill and let me
kno what my next step should be in this process.
