SUBJECT: LIQUOR VIOLATION; EAST END BOTTLE HOUSE
CITY OF HOPKINS
On 12- 29 -81, Mr. John Alfred Larson, an employee of the East End Bottle
House was charged with liquor sales to a juvenile.
There are no prior charges against this establishment or any of its'
employees.
The, Police Dept. recommends a short period of liquor license suspension
for the East End Bottle House (one to three days).
On February 17, 1982, Mr. Larson pled guilty to the charge and paid a
fine of $99.00 (inc. $9.00 surcharge).

Mr. John Larson, employee of East End Bottle House, pled guilty
to charge on February 17, 1982.
I recommend City Council action for suspension of liquor license
of McLiqco, Inc., dba East End Bottle House at 404 East Exelsior Avenue.
