Dear Mr. Stroian
In accordance with our mutual agreement for the interchange of municipal
utilities, I am requesting that a new house proposed to be located off
Loring Road adjacent to the Bellgrove Area be allowed to receive water
and sewer service off your Hopkins system.
Attached is a sketch showing the proposed location of the house and its
relationship to Loring Road and the Bellgrove Area.
Please review this request and respond regarding how you would like to
proceed in keeping with our agreement
